What is the address of the property?

Is it possible to visit the construction site?

For insurance reasons, the building site may not be entered independently. No viewings are currently possible and the rental is based on plans.

Can I view and measure my apartment at a later date?

Yes, as soon as we receive authorisation from the construction management to enter the building site with interested parties, it will be possible to view the flat without any problems.

What is the application procedure for an apartment?

Applications are only accepted electronically by e-mail. The application form must also be accompanied by a current original extract from the debt enforcement register statements (not older than two months and covering the last two years), copies of identity documents (including a copy of any foreigner's identity card or resident permit) of all prospective tenants.
